Terms Used in This Document
1.1. “Account” means the personal profile opened by an individual on this platform for the purpose of accessing the games and the sportsbook, maintained under these terms and conditions.
1.2. “Bonus balance” means the segregated portion of the account balance that holds promotional funds, free-spin winnings and any associated accumulated winnings that remain subject to an unfulfilled wagering requirement.
1.3. “Real balance” means the portion of the account balance that holds deposited funds and cleared winnings, which are not subject to promotional wagering requirements and are available for withdrawal subject to standard processing rules.
1.4. “Wagering requirement” means the compulsory multiplier applied to promotional funds or free-spin winnings, dictating the total volume of stakes that must be placed before the bonus balance is converted into the real balance.
1.5. “Dormant account” means an account that has recorded no login activity and no transactional activity for a continuous period defined in the schedule to this agreement.
1.6. “Payment instrument” means any debit card, e-wallet, bank account or cryptocurrency wallet used to transfer funds to or from the platform, which must in all cases be registered in the exact legal name of the account holder.
1.7. “Verification” means the mandatory procedural check of the account holder’s identity, age, residential address and, where applicable, source of funds, executed through the submission and review of official documentation.
Who May Hold an Account
2.1. An account may only be opened and maintained by an individual who is at least 18 years of age. Any account found to have been opened by a minor shall be closed immediately, all deposits shall be returned, and all associated winnings shall be voided.
2.2. Access to the platform is restricted based on the territory of residence. The list of restricted territories is set out in the schedule to these terms. Individuals residing in or accessing the platform from a restricted territory are strictly prohibited from opening an account or depositing funds.
2.3. An individual is permitted to hold one account only. This restriction applies per person, per residential address, per household, per network address, per device fingerprint and per payment instrument. The creation or attempted creation of a second account shall result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts, the confiscation of all bonus funds, and the voiding of all winnings derived from any account.
2.4. Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of the operator or its direct suppliers are prohibited from opening an account or participating in any real-money activity on the platform.
Account Duties and Verification
3.1. The account holder must provide accurate, complete and current personal information during the registration process, including their full legal name, date of birth, residential address, telephone number and email address. Any subsequent changes to this information must be communicated to the operator promptly.
3.2. The account holder is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. The operator accepts no liability for any unauthorised access, activity or financial loss resulting from the account holder’s failure to secure their credentials or device.
3.3. An account is strictly personal and non-transferable. The account holder may not sell, transfer, or assign their account, nor may they permit any third party to access or utilise their account for any purpose.
3.4. Verification of the account holder’s identity is mandatory. Before a first withdrawal is processed, the account holder must submit a government-issued photo identity document and a proof of address document dated within the last three months.
3.5. These verification checks, alongside ongoing transaction monitoring and potential requests for source-of-funds documentation, are executed to fulfil the operator’s obligations under applicable anti-money-laundering legislation. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the stipulated timeframe shall result in the suspension of the account and the withholding of requested withdrawals.
Payment In and Payment Out
4.1. Deposits and withdrawals may only be executed using the payment methods integrated into the platform’s cashier. The operator reserves the right to add, remove or suspend specific payment methods without prior notice.
4.2. The minimum permissible deposit and the minimum permissible withdrawal are each set at approximately 15, expressed in the currency shown in the cashier. The exact minimum for each specific method is displayed at the point of transaction.
4.3. Withdrawals are subject to strict maximum processing ceilings. The published ceilings are 500 per day, 2,000 per week, and 7,000 per month, all expressed in the currency shown in the cashier. Requests exceeding the monthly ceiling shall be processed in scheduled instalments until the full balance is cleared. The exact limits applicable to an individual account are visible within the cashier interface.
4.4. Withdrawals must be processed back to the exact payment instrument that was utilised to fund the original deposit. Where this is technically impossible, the operator shall route the withdrawal to an alternative verified payment instrument registered in the account holder’s own legal name.
4.5. All deposited funds are subject to a mandatory turnover rule. A deposit must be turned over approximately three times in real-money play before a withdrawal of those funds can be requested. This requirement is enforced as an anti-money-laundering measure to prevent the use of the platform as a financial transit vehicle.
4.6. In the event that funds, winnings or promotional credits are erroneously credited to an account due to a technical fault or human error, the credited amount remains the property of the operator. The operator reserves the right to deduct the erroneously credited funds from the account balance without prior notification. If the account holder has withdrawn such funds prior to the correction, the withdrawn amount shall constitute a legally enforceable debt owed to the operator.
4.7. The operator does not ordinarily apply administrative fees to standard deposit or withdrawal requests; however, the account holder remains liable for any conversion fees, processing fees or deductions applied by their own banking institution or payment provider.
Bonus Terms
5.1. All promotional funds and free-spin winnings are subject to a compulsory 35x wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion’s rules. The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until this wagering requirement has been fulfilled in its entirety.
5.2. Different game categories contribute to the clearance of the wagering requirement at different percentage rates. Stakes placed on slots contribute at 100%. Stakes placed on software table games contribute at 10%. Stakes placed within the live casino contribute at 5%. Certain individual titles may be excluded entirely, as detailed within the promotional interface.
5.3. While a bonus remains active on the account, a maximum stake limit applies to all bets. The exact maximum stake figure is set out in the bonus terms inside the account. Placing a single stake that exceeds this limit constitutes a breach of these terms.
5.4. An account may hold only one active bonus at any given time. Promotions cannot be stacked, and a new offer cannot be activated until the current active bonus is either cleared, exhausted or manually cancelled.
5.5. For full details on the mechanics of promotional offers, the conditions attached to them, and how turnover is calculated, review the WinWinter Casino bonus documentation. Any attempt to withdraw funds from the real balance while a bonus remains active shall result in the immediate forfeiture of the active bonus and all associated bonus winnings.
5.6. Certain promotions, including but not limited to specific free-spin packages and cashback credits, may carry a maximum cashout cap. Where a cap applies, any winnings exceeding that designated figure shall be automatically removed from the balance at the moment the wagering requirement is completed.
5.7. The operator reserves the right to void any bonus, confiscate bonus winnings, and close the account if the account holder is found to be engaging in promotional abuse, irregular betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements, or any breach of the maximum stake rule.
